Hello everyone who commands English as one's native tongue as well as second language, and who doesn't know Russian. My name is Andrey, I'm WM Registrar, and I can speak English.

The objective of this theme is to answer questions (if any) per shareholder's and capitaller's work and procedures, including opening and proper running of a Budget Automat (BA) plus plenty of minor trifles that usually appear on the way.

Please do not hesitate to ask any question on the issue. I also would like to address those Russians who know English to refrain from making inappropriate remarks/comments in this very theme to leave space for people who are willing to discuss serious things. Thanks in advance.
